Puget Park and Dr. Johnson have done more for us and our puppy Luna than we can put into words. Luna was just 14 weeks old when she fractured her leg in 3 places and had emergency surgery. Dr. Johnson was recommended by a friend and we drive an hour to and from Puget Park (2 hour round trip) because of the excellent care Luna receives there. They are responsive, supportive, caring, and overall excellent. We will be forever clients! Thank you Dr.Johnson and staff for always helping us. Luna is doing great!
I had a cat with a pretty rare issue and my previous vet couldn’t figure it out. The doctors at Puget Park went the extra mile and didn’t stop until we had an answer. Their commitment, professionalism, and caring had me switch all of my pets to their practice. Very highly recommended!
I truly love the people who work here. They love your pets like they are their own pets. I am loyal customer and drive a ways for their excellent care.
They work great with my pup, who (as a rescue) can get overwhelmed in new or loud places, and is uncomfortable (and sometimes scared) of other dogs. Even with the curbside pickup, they were extremely helpful, communicated well and genuinely seem to care about my dog. They also took my concerns for his health into account and addressed everything I was worried about. Even though I moved to Puyallup last year, I still bring him here.
I have a VERY sick dog who has been waiting over a week to see a dr at this place. I entrusted them with the cremation of my beloved dog and for sending my kitty to heaven. They have also cared for my Princess whom they were also to see. I had a bad car accident yesterday and was unable to get there today and so I called to cancel and then to reschedule yesterday. They did not answer the phone so when we spoke today I was hit with a penalty for not being able to make the appointment. Not everybody has a credit card and the ability to make payments over the phone but they would not budge. Mikayla was very rude and I will sadly take my business somewhere else. These people here need a class on compassion and on understanding for sure.
