Why can't I rate negative stars?? I would if I could. Please if you own a pet, do not take them here, go literally anywhere else. The extra 30$ you might save on vet exam isn't worth it. They are so busy that if your dog is dying or sick or injured, they will tell you they can get you in in 3 weeks. They don't care, and they are so rude and sarcastic if you even attempt to get them to show compassion to your sick animal. If you do happen to get a visit, the vet can only spare you 5 minutes because this place triple books appointments and the only recommendations she can make to help your ailing pets are the ones that don't require any actual testing or time. If you try to call them, you are on hold for over 30 minutes, and if you have a question for the vet, they will tell you they will call you back, and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for that call back. I wish there was a way to report this place for negligence. I really do.

I will never return to this clinic. My dog treatment was put off 10 days. He was in so much pain after he had injured his ears. I had called several times to get him in before a scheduled surgery and was put off every time. I called and had to ask for medication to help my dog to get through 5 more days until surgery. Aftercare was horrible and I should have known to leave the clinic then. I never even got to talk to the vet after his surgery it was either a tech or the front staff. I was told that all his labs were fine and aftercare continued for several more weeks with no vet in sight to discuss my dogs progress. Last week I called and ask to bring in my dog as he was crying and barley able to walk... again I was put off and that they couldn’t help me for the 2nd time and try to pound me off to another vet. I drove my dog to the emergency clinic after being turned down for treatment and he died at the emergency clinic. I will never return to that clinic and never will recommend anyone to take there animals there. The vet does not care about your animal. I waited for days to get a response and was told due to current pandemic he was not considered an emergency.nWe are all in this crazy pandemic but that is no excuse not to treat my dog.nEven though my dog passed the emergency vet services in Kirkland took care of my dog afterwards and took the time to sent me a card. They didn’t even know my dog but took the time to sent me a personalized card!!! I know there a lot of reviews here but do your research before you take you animal to this vet.

I used to get all 4 of my dogs medical needs here. I have taken my dogs to a place that is more responsive and will actually ANSWER THE PHONE. They leave you on hold for 20 minutes and don't even apologize. Seriously a joke. Go some where else with your pups

We have been going here for years. We have taken all our animals. Cats, dogs, rabbit, and even our mice. Doc is very compassionate and feels strongly for patients and their families. We unfortunately had to have our 10 year old dog put down. She was very sensitive to our needs and feeling.

Dr. Donna is a Saint! I have never met a vet so empathic and devoted to animal's well being. I wish there were 6 stars!
