Ordered flowers for my biological mother's birthday (I live in CA & they live in UT) way in advance. Flowers didn't arrive. Called the place & went straight to voicemail & left a voicemail with my name and number. As soon as I left the voicemail, I got a deposit refunded back into my account. I thought it was just a mistake so I gave them another try & ordered flowers again as a belated birthday gift(since the original one didn't make it 😔) & I waited & the flowers didn't arrive. AGAIN. Tried calling & calling to see what went wrong & only went to voicemail. A call back or explanation would've been enough but NOTHING. If anyone from this business can contact me to inform me with what went on, please do. This is the closest flower shop to where my family lives & I'd love to use this place.
This place is amazing. If you need some flowers, and want to get your money worth, this is the place.
Called and ordered flowers. They were never delivered. Had to call and find out where my order was. Apparently the granddaughter took my flower order and never told anyone. All the while having my credit card info. They delivered the flowers and they look like a fall flower arrangement. Orange and yellow flowers for January. Not happy at all and would never order from them again.
I'm not from Nephi and I don't know anything about flowers so I didn't know what kinds to choose, I told the lady on the phone to just make a pretty bouquet for 30 dollars. The picture I saw of them were beautiful and I can't believe it was only 30 dollars! Very happy with my purchase
I have been coming here for years to get my flowers for my garden. They always have a good variety and a fair price.
