The whole team at Central Valley are awesome and always have great customer service! I don't trust my pets with anyone else other than Central Valley Veterinary Hospital. Keep up the great work.
The only thing I was sad about was how long she had to stay in the kennel for. 8-730 was a long time to be away from me. Maybe have an afternoon drop off for the later surgeries? Rather than everyone dropping off early morning? The care was great, the prices were reasonable, and she’s healing fabulously. Thank you for taking care of her while we were visiting our family. And thank you for taking care of my moms dogs and best friends dog. All of us have had great experiences.
Been holding back on this one. First off, they denied my dog an emergency visit last year. Had to take her to Stockton where she eventually passed away. They made no effort to help. Now today, my mom's dog escaped from their facility right out the OPENED door, and they had the nerve to blame my mom for a loose collar as they tried to DRAG her into the exam room. This WAS our go to place because the doctors were nice. They need to hire new techs because some of them are straight trash.
Great Vet. Super Customer Service. Best care, but pricey. Vet-Techs are well-trained & love their jobs. Very caring Doctor Raj. Efficient and clean. Awesome !!!
