These guys are amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating should you have something come up. My appointment was made months in advance, and I had no idea I would have midterms on that same day when I made the appointment, however they still worked with me and my kitty was able to get his neuter and come home pain free. He’s recovering without a hitch and the incision looks great. With how little they charge, they’re more for helping the community and the animals in it than for profit. 10/10, would recommend.
It was a really good experience... The ONE thing that my husband noticed a pick up is that the 2 ladies up front were not wearing their masks when doggy parents came in. (i don't know the details of why). But they were nice and pleasant and informational.... so, in ANY OTHER occasion, this would have been 5 stars
The Pet Advocate was recommended by my cat's vet. I took my cat for the neuter procedure. All the staff are friendly and it's a reasonable cost too. It was a pleasant experience. It was worth the drive from Antioch. The Pet Advocate, thank you.
I drove all the way from Martinez to Tracy on a recommendation. It was worth the drive to find them. The staff at The Pet Advocate were so informative, friendly & professional. Even though it was my very first time at this office, I could immediately see at drop off that my dog would be in really good hands. When you find a great vet, great staff that doesn't try to gouge you, makes it very worth the trip.
Outstanding customer service!!! Everything was excellent from the moment that we made the appointment to the moment that we walked out the door. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Mike walked us through the facility and explained everything in detail. Will highly recommend this place!!!
