Dr Mosca I’s my favorite Vet I’ve ever had. He has been so great and kind. He understands the expensive and gives u options. I took my 12 yr old lad to a specialist in La Ma Mesa who did MRI. It was determined that she had cancer all around her lungs and heart and that they don’t do full amount of chemo on dogs. She was suffering bad. The specialist recommended putting her down, my best friend of 12 years, but wouldn’t be aloud to go in due to CoVid and I would have to say goodbye in the parking lot. No way. I said well Dr Mosca at El Cajon at El Cajon Valley said he would let me in w/mask. My husband met me there w.my 2 other dogs to say goodbye in the parking lot. And he let both my husband and I in thru side door where I got to lay down and hold her while it was happening. I can’t say enough about him ! Thank u Dr Mosca.
