Amazing staff that will work with you on anything. They keep you well informed of your fur baby's situation and how to solve any issues.nnAlso, I happened to have a dead battery waiting for them, and they were very considerate of my circumstances and did their best to accommodate me while I was waiting to be rescued.
Fantastic! Just fantastic!nAmazing patient care and so caring.nWe took our cat in with no appointment (the protocol they have right now during corona) and they were able to attend to his needs that day. The pricing was fair and above all I felt comfortable leaving my precious cat in their care. Although this clinic is 1.5hrs from our home in El Centro, we plan to make this clinic our go to for our pets.
So grateful that they were able to see our dog on such short notice (same day) and put us at ease with her issues and treatment. Contactless service and was affordable as well. The staff was very nice over the phone, when they picked up our dog and when we checked out.
It was my first time here. The new norm for now is to wait in the parking lot. Having El Cajon being so hot I put up shades in my car. They are very nice. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg there, it was my only option, they take walk ins. My bill was under $140, with 2 prescriptions for my cat. I was so shocked I cried all the way home I was ecstaticud83dude02 they were super nice. I spoke to the vet over the phone and she was very comforting. I highly recommend them.
