My daughter really wanted a cat and we accidentally saw a shelter in your store and found Rico's kitten there. We bought everything necessary for him in your store: 2 types of food, several toys, toiletries, climbing tower and claw points, house, carry, collar, bowl and more! In one place - a pet and everything that is necessary for the life of our kitten. Thank you from the heart! Also, the shelter provided us with a coupon booklet and using it we received significant discounts in our two purchases! Thank you very much! We appreciate!
I went in to get some food and fake plants for “my” aquarium-- read: my family inherited them from my in-laws, and I ended up saddled with the responsibility of caring for them— so, I’m not fish savvy, I don’t even know what KIND of fish they are. But the guy in the aquarium section was SUPER helpful, pointed me in the right direction, even made a few suggestions to make my life much easier! He was so good, I ended up spending an extra $40 on supplies, and a couple of snails.... but I’ve seriously never been so pleased with being “up sold” in my life! All the products he recommended have been a blessing, and quick tutorial has seriously improved the quality of life for my poor fishies! Nice work, PetSmart! Thank you so much!
Grooming is good here. Prices went up. They do a good job. Was flexible with my dog's appointment & made a change work. Appreciated that.

There has to be a better pet store somewhere in the area. This place is. Mediocre at best.
