Everyone is so friendly! Every time there's something wrong with my Xena, they always find a solution. When I moved to the area I did my research to find a great Veterinary. I'm so happy I picked Fire Mountain!
Because of covid 19 restrictions you don't wait inside the office for your pet to be seen. They actually come out to your car! And they keep coming back and forth... Them caring enough to work around these restrictions says a lot about them.nThey fixed my landlady's cat right up.nI like these people.
Very friendly staff , kinda come off fake though, but only want money out of you. Please review your bill and I suggest you call petco to see if they have the medication they’re recommending for your animal. Our dog had an ear infection and the vet tried to charge us double the price for the medication when it was available for half off at Petco. Also, they suggested my dog get his ears cleaned at the vet (30 dollars just to pour liquid inside his ears ) prior to being given his ear solution but I called two different other vets and they said the puppy’s ears should not be flushed. The puppy should receive the ear solution prior to being flushed. Go elsewhere if you’re able to. We only came cause no other vet had appointments available and our pup needed his shots
Dr. Dodd takes wonderful care of my pets, especially my senior dog with a lot of health issues. The whole staff is very warm and attentive. I'm really happy to have found a great vet close to home!
I really like this establishment and all who provide care for the animals. I will say that they completely overcharge for meds. It's almost ridiculous. Otherwise I can say they are very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just overpriced. Capstar is only 32.00 at Target for 6 pills. I was charged 45.00 for 2 pills here. When times are as tuff as they are now it's just not right to overcharge. I suggest to people who bring their animals here, have them exam your dog and get your medication elsewhere. This will save you a ton of money.
