This was my first experience with Mohnacky (Carlsbad). They way exceeded my expectations. Sue and Ari especially made my visit very pleasant, anxiety free, easy and made it easy for me to trust the care of my fur babies to them. I would highly recommend this facility just as the person that referred me did. EXCELLENT care! Thank you!!!
Mohnacky Animal Hospital got my sick puppers in last minute and worked quickly to make sure he got everything he needed to get well again. Everyone I encountered from the front desk staff to the veterinarian were incredibly kind and efficient. They were also conscious of our budget and were reasonably priced for veterinary care in this area.
The whole staff was really nice and helpful and very patient with my nervous dog. The diagnosis and the treatment were comprehensive and was explained in a great way that I could understand. Pricing was fair and I was provided with a few options to accommodate my budget but still give my pup the care that she needs .
We had to put our Beloved King down in February. Although it was heartbreaking having to say goodbye to one of our family members, the staff made us feel at home and so comfortable. King passed pain-free with his family around him. Thank you for tge compassion that you all showed our King and to us.
For years I have taken all of my pets to Mohnacky and have had some issues but never enough to write a review. Today however I am going to share my disappointment. In the recent years 3 or 4 the turnover has been second to none, the cost has sky rocketed and their refusal to write a prescription for a product they don't have in stock is down right heartless. I have stayed with them out of gratitude for allowing me to pay a 3K procedure for my cat with a 6 month post dated checks agreement, the very same procedure that killed him last year at the age of 12! It's ALL about the upsale to these extortionists now. Do your self a favor and find another vet.
