These guys are the best! I have been taking my pets there for for over 15 years. They really do care. One of by cats was very sick over Christmas and I had to travel. They kept in touch with me for daily updates, gave me a complete copy of the medical file to bring with and online access to all the lab work and xrays. They really will go the extra mile for you to make sure your pet is getting the care he or she needs.nAnother one of my cats is sick currently. They call and check on him and respond to all my emails as soon as they can, even when they are out of the office. All the vets work together very well. I will never take my babies anywhere else.nEveryone there are the hardest working, most compassionate andncaring group of people I have ever met.
I am new to the area and needed a Vet for my girls eye. I called and got an appointment the very next day. The vet came out to my car and explained everything that was going on and answered all my questions. I am sure she will feel much better by tomorrow.
We've been taking our animals here for about a year and a half and this vet has wonderful service/staff and great prices. I really appreciate how they help out financially by letting you know what is most important first and what can wait so you can decide what medications or medical options to choose. We're going to miss you guys when we move in a couple of weeks!
The best! .....our little pit had a foxtail deep in his ear and needed it removed.nWe had never been to O.V.H. before but even on a very busy day they fit him in between scheduled surgery and took excellent care of him. They were very fair on price and it was below there estimated amount. We were so impressed with O.V.H. that we have moved all our vet needs too them.
Great staff. They made me feel comfortable about giving my puppy over to them for her appointment, and were super friendly! The Vet was so patient and really showed us that she cared for our baby. She took her time to answer our multiple questions and was so positive!
