My respect goes to this company - particularly to Dr. Al..nnLetting my sweet baby girl yorkie Trouble go via euthanasia was beyond difficult...nnDr. Al’s professionalism exceeded my expectations during this heartbreaking moment.nnThat evening, more than ever, my family and I wanted to spend as many last minutes with our sweet angel as we possibly could... Dr. Al was there for us every second of the experience - patiently listening... answering all and any questions, and more importantly - not rushing us into a final call... She shared the last sunset with our beloved pup, listening to all the cute stories we remembered.... we felt as if she was part of the family during that time...nnAs hard as experience was, Dr. Al made it natural and beautiful - my Troubz just fell asleep peacefully in my arms...i was able to listen and to confirm the absence of the heart beat... I was able to take my time and say last goodbyes while placing my pup on a pillow in Dr.Al’s car... we had plenty of time to digest the moment... All that allowed us to have a CLOSURE we so needed...nnThank you Dr.Al and Peaceful Passing for been so supportive.
