I had to put my sweet Bambi of 16 years down and I cannot thank Dr. Lindsey Deibner enough for being understanding, informative, and an angel for my family and me. It was devastating to have to make that kind of decision but I cannot imagine having any other Doctor to help Bambi and me that day.  He never rushed us and let us take time how we needed to and in the end, she died very comfortably with dignity and grace thanks to Dr Deibner.nnHe has always been so sweet with Bambi and having to go through a loss like this was made easier because of his love and compassion. The staff gave me a sweet card and a beautiful paw print of my little Bambi. Mill Creek Banfield is so lucky to have such an amazing doctor working there.nnThank you for your support and compassion.

make sure YOU call back because they will forget to give you a call back while you’re waiting outside for 45 min.... and avoid the Heavy built lady because she doesn’t always do the job right and i’ve had to come back to get it redone a few times!

5 to 1 star. They don't even answer their phone to make an appointment or ask question. Call the Everett store in Everett Mall. They do much better job answering their phone and they actually care about your pets.

Very poor customer services, unwilling to assist and help customers, lack of people skills. More customer service training for the front desk is very recommended. Im stopping my yearly contract immediately.

Changing my 5 stars to 1. We recently adopted a senior dog from a shelter and took him in to establish care and had some questions about some things going on. Dr. Harris did the exam over the phone while we were out in the waiting room on the phone. She made a lot of assumptions because he was a “shelter dog” and didn’t listen to us when we said her assumptions weren’t correct because we knew his recent history well. Our vet tech was also incredibly condescending to us. I told her he was up to date on his shots and she kept repeating “ok we can postpone them until you can provide proof”. Very disrespectful, ultimately it is my choice and responsibility on how I want to handle his care and shots. She was confused- she seemed to think she can force me to accept care for my dog on the spot. We have had two dogs on optimum care for years and have had more and more trouble with Banefield over the last year. They keep changing their policies so they don’t have to provide the care they promise.
