VERY quick customer service & beautiful arrangement! I placed an online order around 6pm for delivery the next day. A little over an hour later I received a call from the owner letting me know that some of the flowers in the particular arrangement I had ordered were unavailable and asked if I was okay substituting for another color scheme, or if I was okay waiting another day for delivery she would place an order for the original flowers needed. I let her know that whatever she had in mind would be fine. The recipient received her delivery around 2pm the next day and while the arrangement didn't look like the online photo, it was HUGE and beautiful! The flowers completely made her day!
Karen is AMAZING. She did an fabulous job with the flowers for my wedding! They were perfect. see the photos attached.
Waited till last minute on valentines day to get some flowers. Thank god I found this place, they made me an arrangement quick and beautiful, I will definitely be coming back here for occasions to come. :D
I called at 10 am on a Tuesday and I got a VM saying they would call me back after 4 pm. I was hoping for flowers that day so after 4 would not work. I tried calling again hoping to get a person and still VM. I am sure they loose lots of clients this way.
