Attentive and caring staff that helped me through stressful times with my sick pup.
I brought my cat in to be seen back in June 2020 and paid $500+ for his visit and lab panel, which included a fecal test. I didn’t have a sample at the time but was told I could come back and drop it off another time.nLife happened and got in the way of being able to bring in that sample. I had a baby in April, we moved multiple times and life has just been chaotic.nSo I knew I had paid for the fecal test but wanted to confirm before I drove up there (Seattle to Lynwood) on my lunch break.nWhen I called, I was told that my payment for the fecal test expired after 30 days and that if I wanted it done I would either need to pay for another panel or for the fecal test alone. I was not aware of this 30 day limitation. I simply wanted to proceed with a service I had paid for. I was told multiple times that this was not an option.nI expressed my frustration but the person I spoke with didn’t seem to care. Life is hard and money is tight and I can’t spend another $80 for the test.nI asked for my cat’s records to me emailed to me so that I can change vets.nI’d rather go somewhere where they have a little compassion and understanding of a person’s situation. AND provide a service that has already been paid for.

They were wonderful. They sent photos of Milo to his mama throughout the day. Very knowledge and kind people. Would highly recommend VCA!
