The receptionist told me I was too much of a hassle when my pet died and was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. Later I had someone else pick up my pet’s ashes because I couldn’t stand to see that woman again and she told that person that she just couldn’t be bothered to care anymore. I wish I could say good things about Dr. Rosie because HE’S great with animals, but he knows what she does and doesn’t do anything about it.
Rude, short with me .said no openings for a weeknAn this is Monday. I use to go there But I won't be back
Dr. Rosie has care for our cats for years now. Always able to fit us in. Love seeing both the doctor and Mrs. Rosie. Always very satisfied with our animals care.
So glad I switched vets a few years back. Never regretted it. I live close and am not time pressured like some folks, so phone communication has not been an issue for me. I especially appreciate how they handled the heart rending goodbye to my beloved pet. Dr Rosie and Raelene are caring people.
They have been taking care of my two Yellow Labs.for 11years now an they have done a great job
