The shop is adorable, the flowers are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly and helpful!
This business has amazing customer service and provides/produces a top-notch product. We came into Monticello late at night for a family funeral the next day & realized in our rush to get here we had neglected to order a floral arrangement!. We set our alarm early to call this shop crossing our fingers we could get something but skeptical anyone could accommodate us with such late notice. The shop wasnt open for another couple of hours but the owner had a personal ph# to call after hrs. She answered!! She was already packing up other arrangements to take to the funeral & since she did not have time to make something she suggested a plant arrangement. We were grateful for her suggestion and her willingness to add one more thing to her delivery. We didnt know what to expect. At the funeral only couple of hrs later--I noticed a very beautiful well-cared for green and flowering plant mix box - it was so beautiful I hoped it was ours..to my delight it was!! We were so grateful & glad we did not have to be embarrassed for our oversight!! This shop saved the day for us!!! We were so impressed!! Thank you!!
Love this shop. So glad that they opened in our little town! The talent that they have and their customer service is above any that I've ever experienced before!

New owners are amazing, I decided I'd give the place another go only because they are under new owner ship. So happy with the results, THEY DID AN AMAZING ARRANGEMENT! Very friendly when I placed the order...
Half Dead Flowers, delivered as a gift. seriously looked they the arrangement had been recycled. I called to complain they seemed annoyed, said my options were a refund after they picked up the half dead flowers from the delivery location.. or they could make another arrangement but I probably wouldn't like it, . I tried telling them I wanted another arrangement & was told that it wouldn't do any good all the flowers were from the same order & was again told I probably wouldn't like it...
They just didn't want to be bothered with making a new one from tge way it sounded
This was the worst service I've ever gotten from here... Next time I want flowers I'll find another place 2 use....
I have been coming to this establishment since I was in middle school. Always buying for that special someone. It has been through a few owners but I still smell the same smell when I walk in, and still am greeted by a smiling and happy person willing to help make a beautiful flower arrangement.
