We're in the middle of a pandemic so I was very skeptical of this funeral service. Upon speaking to Ed his conversation completely changed my mind. He is a Christian with lots of faith. He was very open, sympathetic and listened to my requests and concerns. I was impressed with the outstanding customer service. We had a few challenges with getting information from the VA to complete my mother's burial; but Ed and his team didn't give up until they received the information. I would highly recommend Citizens Funeral Services. Once you've gotten burned buy the rest try the best Citizens. Tell ED I sent you. GOD Bless us all. Much Love!
