I am distraught over my experience with this mortuary. They were very unprofessional. I will spare you the details as to not traumatize anyone else over what happened in the case with our loved one.
Absolutely horrible service. Three months after the passing of my father I am still waiting for prayer cards. The first samples were full of mistakes. No one calls back, promises are not kept. The mortuary is dirty and overly priced. I strongly recommend against using this mortuary.
Their is a very rude lady working there.Rudest person ever! She has no respect whatsoever. We where viewing my cousin. We where saying our last goodbyes and she literally close the casket in our faces with out letting us know if we where ready. As people where exciting she started saying to move quicker because she was closing and if we didn't hurry and clean our stuff she was going to keep everything.
They’re very rude people and very disorganized.
