South Hill has been great to us the few times we have took our dogs here. Dr. Duprez truly cares about animals and is always super friendly, professional and caring. The one draw back is they are always busy. Usually it’s 2-3 weeks out to schedule an appointment but if you’re a client already and you have an emergency they always do a great job of squeezing you in.
Even though they were booked up, they managed to squeeze my senior dog in for a quality of life assessment and to check out some concerns. Dr. Johnson was professional and direct. He patiently and kindly went over a variety of issues and options. Most importantly, I really appreciated his very honest assessment of my dog. I opted to see if could make her comfortable, but based on what he told me I feel less uncomfortable with having to make the right decision if this round of meds don't work.
They are so amazing. Dr Johnson is an amazing vet and makes us feel so comfortable. He is very calm and my dog needs that! All the vet are amazing ud83dudc9c
I have been taking my pets here for years and I've always been happy with the Veterinarians and staff. They're definitely not about trying to get you to do extra unnecessary testing/procedures, I always feel confident with there diagnosis.
So caring, loving, passionate, and friendly to both animals and their humans who come to their clinic! They are willing to answer any and all questions and always do what is best for your fur baby. I love taking my doggie here! They make my nervous pup feel as comfortable as possible!
