Mike and Candy at William's Flowers are amazing. They are based in Puyallup, just outside of Seattle where my Aunt lives. I am based in Norfolk (no not Virginia but in England). Anyhow Candy was very precise in taking my long-distance telephone order and they even sent me a picture of the bouquet via email offering me a chance to change it. I would not wish to - it was perfect and I have just taken a lovely call from my Aunt, whose Birthday it is tomorrow, and she was gushing about how well-presented the bouquet was. Service with a smile from Candy, professional client liaison from Mike and a 110% client satisfaction from me. You aced it folks!
They came through for me on delivering a special designers choice flower arrangement to my Girlfriend on short notice. Flowers were beautiful and my Girlfriend was ecstatic. Great job.. Paul.
