Can I just start with how wonderful Bill is to work with? Not only is he sweet, but he is also incredibly helpful, especially with the unprecedented stress of operating a business during COVID. I called from Texas to get flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday, and he completely exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was gorgeous, and it was delivered the next day with no fuss. Famous Star Flowers has another customer for life, thank you again Bill!
I would absolutely recommend this florist to anyone who needs flowers delivered. They even cover same-day orders. I think the picture I attached speaks for itself. Consistent quality, follow through, and delivery for many, many occasions over the years. A special thanks to Betty, George, and Bill.
I wanted to really surprise my wife one day with 12 dozen roses, knowing this was a big order I called Famous Star and talked to the owner Bill. Not only was he professional and honest, but he had a lot of great ideas to help me along with my vision of the perfect surprise. From the time I called to delivery it was only 4 hours and the flowers were perfect. I normally don't write reviews but I had to for Famous Star for really going out of their way to make my wife happy, and therefore, me happy. Thank you Bill.
Tried Star Flowers after I received the horrible customer service at Jasmine's Buds Flowers. Had the same commercial message that Jasmine's Buds Flowers had, so believe they are owned by the same people. Especially since they are a couple blocks away from each other. Thus, I hung up and spent my money elsewhere.
