Be Advised: this location used to be a great location as far as being prompt and accurate. We have been coming here for over 8 years with our dogs. It’s now to the point that we schedule 7-10 days in advance for appointments and when we get there on time they ask us to reschedule or extend our waiting time as they are so busy. I think they have reached capacity for patients due to the area growth. If you sign up for the Banfield Wellness plan be prepared to have an alternative location in mind or suffer through the waiting rescheduling process. Staff is great just over worked!
Not sure about other locations, but in this one the service is pretty good, no matter how hard and long the day has been, the staff is always smiling and want to help you. Since we adopted our dog in one of this location's adoption day (puyallup rescue shelter) five years ago, to this day we have the best service....

The veterinarians and technicians maintain consistent communication and always give my pet lots of love.
Our dog loves going here, she gets so much love and treats, doesn't realize there's a needle going in. Good girl!
