They do a good job, but I walked everywhere and couldn't find an associate to answer any questions. The line was so long I didn't want to wait just to ask the cashier about products and I was uncomfortablewith how crowded it was. It's not their fault that it was so busy, but it would have been nice to see social distancing enforced a bit better.

Nice store with plenty of help. Surprised since this hasn't been my experience with the chain. I felt the staff had a sense of urgency and very helpful considering how busy they were at the time of my visit.
I love PetSmart. Everything is organized so nicely. The staff are super friendly. They've got a few different programs, grooming, veterinarian and more. There's a nice variety of products that range in price. I'm also just love being able to walk my dog around inside a store. He loves it.
