Seriously the BEST care you can receive for your pet. I have so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Thomas and the entire staff I wouldn't even know where to start. I drive from Rochester to Roy to see them and couldn't be happier with the service. Truly competent care. And the prices are reasonable too.

These guys are the absolute best!! They are always friendly and so happy to help. I genuinely feel like they appreciate my business and always make my fluffy kids and I feel welcome. Dr Ben has helped me with my rescue beyond measure and I couldn’t thank him enough for the success of bringing my boy to a healthy state. -Brittany and Buddy :)

I've heard nothing but great things about Horse Cart from many people, which is the only reason I went there. I scheduled an appointment for my English Bulldog who is about a year and a half old. There were multiple reasons for the appointment, one of which was that her back leg has been bothering her and she tends to have a lot of pain when it flares and I really needed a dog friendly pain medication to make her more comfortable. They had no opening immediately, so I had to make the appointment a week in advance and just make sure she stayed off her leg as much as possible. The appointment was at 8:00 am, and of course because of COVID, we aren't allowed to take our pets inside. We are instructed to stay in our vehicles. So, I arrived at 7:55 am, I was one of 2 vehicles in the parking lot waiting. I called hoping to check in at about 7:57 am but got a message stating I was calling outside of their business hours so I would have to call back. By 8:00 am, there were about 3 other vehicles that had pulled in that were waiting. I tried calling back at about 8:02 to check in, but I couldn't get through. I don't know if it was because other people were calling to check in or what, but I gave it another 13 minutes before I called again. Meanwhile, I purposely sat in my vehicle with the back hatch open with my dog in the back with me, clearly waiting for an appointment. About 2 different employees saw us sitting there and passed my vehicle to assist other people waiting in their cars. They said nothing to me, didn't ask if I had an appointment, nothing. So, I finally get through to the office and successfully check in at about 8:15 or so. At 8:25 am, one of the employees comes out to inform me that because I didn't check in until 8:15, we would have to reschedule my appointment, the one I had already waited a week for. I was mostly upset by this because I have two kids doing E-Learning right now and in order to make it to my dog's appointment, one of my kids missed their zoom meeting with their teacher AND my dog still didn't get the medical treatment she needed, even though I was physically there for my appointment beforehand and I was obviously sitting right in front of them in my vehicle. I feel like at any point an employee could have asked if I was there for an appointment, or maybe they could have called me. I understand being busy, I am downright overwhelmed at work 90% of the time, so I get it. I just don't feel comfortable putting my pet's care in the hands of an office who operates this sloppily.

Fantastic care with compassion. Dr. Thomas is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her patients. The back office staff are efficient and you can tell they truly care about your pet. I appreciate how friendly and compassionate the front desk staff is. They are so kind and thoughtful when you are going through tough times with your pet and understand that pets are family!

I was pretty disappointed. I called on Friday to let u know CaPone had a issue a seizure or heart issue. Told the receptionist what I did to him and she said the vet would call me back. I received no phone call. I thought this vet was pretty good but I am totally disappointed no one called didn't know if I should bring him in or what. Thanks for the help. Which was nothing.
