Considering Covid, the process was easy. My first time there & everyone was very kind & friendly. Front desk staff was great! LOVE Dr. Dorothy! She brought my dog out after his exam & went over his results. You can tell that she loves the animals & is very kind & loving with them. My daughter & a friend have said for years that I should see her, but i had a vet i loved but she was in Belfair. When she retired, I went to Pet Zen. Very happy with my decision & Dr. Dorothy! ud83dudc15❤
Five stars seems so limiting. Dr. Dorothy always goes above and beyond!nWe are so very grateful to her for such compassion, patience and thorough kitty care for our two furbabies. Now, if she would only branch out to General Medical Practice for us;)as we could use more practitioners with her same caring qualities. Thanks so much to Dr. Dorothy and her entire team!
The entire staff at PetZen stepped up in an emergency and took excellent care of my puppy after an attack by a mastiff this past Friday. Dr. Iaia and his staff had to do a difficult surgery that saved my puppy's life. I cannot thank them enough for what they did. Take your animal where the doctors and staff treat your animal as if they were their own, you'll that kind of service and care at PetZen.
You can stop looking, this IS the best Veterinary Hospital I have ever visited. Yes, I'm picky and particular and was very happy with the entire experience, it was the way it should be.nThank You So Much!nnUpdate: Three visits now, just keeps getting better! cold lazer.nMy girl feels so much better! We were at once every two weeks, but I have just changed it to once a week. My Chloe is doing so well and I want her to continue in that way.
