I paid for a friend to get her dog looked at because he had some health issues. My friend say Vollman seemed disengaged and my friend wasn't happy with the appt. Her dog is still having ear problems as well. When Vollman called me to discuss the treatment she actually told me that the owner didn't have the best living conditions, which is extremely ignorant and judgemental-especially since she hasn't see their apartment. Vollman also wanted to prescribe a very expensive medicine for itching-I questioned that and asked her to prescribe a flea medication instead. I found her attitude unhelpful and my bill was over $200. I do not reccomend this particular vet.
