I ordered a fall arrangement to be delivered to my mother in law for thanksgiving. The advertisement portrayed a beautiful arrangement with beautiful colorful flowers, however what she received was absolutely nothing like the website picture. It looked cheap and thrown together. I am not lying when I say I could have put this together with flowers and supplies from the dollar store. I called and after being hung up on at least 6 times and two days later, I finally was able to speak to someone. They were able to credit me 10 dollars from a 70 dollar purchase. I didn’t want a credit, I wanted them to fix it! Ridiculous.
Awesome service!! The flowers were a surprise for me and looked beautiful upon arrival! Even better than the picture of them I saw online afterwards :) Thank you for making this the best (and first) flower delivery I've ever gotten! The vase looks just as elegant as the bouquet arrangement. The flowers are on day 4 in my possession and they're still bringing in compliments! I definitely recommend Blossom Flower Shop! And I will definitely use the service again(:
When I first called and spoke to Jossie (I hope I spelled it right!) it sounded like he was in a car but after a few minutes, he was spot on with taking all of the details for an arrangement for a funeral the next day. My Sister-in-law took photos of the gorgeous and very femine basket arrangement. She said they were too pretty to leave behind and took the arrangement home. I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. I called and left a message for him to thank him. I highley recommend Blossom Flower Shop, especially if you're calling from out of state (I'm in Arizona). Thank you again Blossom Flowers!!
