Do not buy one of their outdoor ice makers. They do not have parts for replacement (just needed a small replacement drainage plug). We were first told they would be sending the part out to us (for our 1 year old ice maker)-- a month later after never receiving the part we were told that they no longer carry the parts and we were just basically out of luck. No desire to solve the problem. Disappointing customer service.
Do not buy one of their Fire Magic Grills - what a nightmare it has been. The grill does not cook evenly at all. The flareups are awful. Spent over $6k on a grill and want to return it. They are not making it easy. Dont buy a grill with an IR burner and think you would be able to use the rotisserie - you cant put a drip pan down... very poor design. After the second time cooking on it the lid warped... Now i have a 900 lbs paper weight.

He was very nice and reassured me that he would send me the parts to get the grill working again. I wanted to let you know that Ed sent me all the parts and I had them installed. The grill is working again and I will highly recommend your products not only because of their quality but also because of the customer service that Ed was able to offer me.
DO NOT BUY REALFRYE gas log set......I had mine installed a month ago, it stopped working yesterday, had the gas company out, they said something is wrong with the starter. I would have to pay another $300 to have someone come back out and try to get it started.......with no guarantees it would even work. The worst experience ever.
DO NOT buy the ice makers. Not built well at all
