I absolutely hate the staff members working at this location. I had some elderly man named Kevin who was of zero help to me as I tried to return an item I purchased on Amazon. He first charged me for postage that is ALWAYS done free at UPS and Fedex. Then after leaving the shipping pack outside of the package, blamed me for not telling him. Absolutely disgusting employee. This is the worst location in the entire city.

Very rude staff supervisor was very rude and did not want to provide names stated his last name was padillia. I went in to find out where my packages went and they told me they were being returned because the mailman cant read the correct address. I suggest you all to retrain your staff. Very unacceptable behavior.

Absolute nightmare. They lost a precious international package sent to me- no apology, incredibly rude and I've been calling for the last 5 weeks trying to get a Claim Report totally unsuccessfully. The service gets worse and worse the higher up you go as far as Manager, etc... At this point I don't know what to do but reach out to my Congress-person.

Absolutely the WORST service of my life! The male worker intentionally mis led me on pricing, acted as if he never saw a postal box in his life (yes, he works at the post office!), was essentially clueless that he is in a SERVICE position - so either he was mentally challenged or just a jerk (my money is on the later) - and was absolutely NOT helpful in any way shape or form. No wonder USPS is going out of business! If u have a choice, go somewhere else!
