White Emerson Mortuary

Paul and his team at White Emerson were absolutely amazing. Dealing with the death of a loved one is hard enough and emotional as it is, so having people like Paul step in and make the process as easy as possible is invaluable. Paul truly made us feel like we were part of HIS family. I can't thank White Emerson enough for all they did for my family during our time of grief.

My Grandmother joined Vitas Hospice the beginning of August. It was completely new for my family and I, amongst many questions they asked us, one of them was “What mortuary will you be using?” It is my first time ever having to call and make arrangements. I made several calls to different mortuaries and came across White Emerson Mortuary. I spoke with Emily and from the beginning of our conversation she was courteous, empathetic and informative. She expressed she wanted to provide me with all the information and documents to help my grandmas arrangements be smooth when the time came across. Few days later after our conversation, my grandma gained her wings. Hospice contacted the mortuary to make the arrangements. Few minutes later Emily contacted my family to touch base and inform us my grandma would be under their care. The next morning my family and I arrived to the mortuary with Emily and made all the arrangements for my grandmothers service. Emily and staff members were extremely polite and attentive. Days before my grandmas services, Emily remained in contact with me to ensure we were able to get the family church we wanted. She made this entire process so easy and smooth, thank you to Emily, Cecilia and staff members my grandma had such a great service. My family and I are truly thankful to them. I highly recommend them, in the middle of such a sad situation they make it easier for the family members. Thank you Emily, Cecilia and Staff!

My beloved mother finally passed of cancer and Emerson White took care of all the details you don’t want to during a tragic moment such as this. Paul was awesome. Down to earth but compassionate. A true professional. I highly recommend them if and when you face a tough time such as I did.

While giving 5 stars to anything that is associated with the passing of a loved one seems counterintuitive and somewhat morbid, I understand that the process of taking care of these things, as unpleasant as it may, be takes a special professional. I can say that under the circumstances and stresses that my family were under, the people at White Emerson were very professional and understanding. Needless to say, their services are not ones we would look forward to using anytime soon but if the need arises, I would not hesitate to call for their help.

6/25/2020 - Had my Nephews viewing here. This place was amazing. Every one of the six people we dealt with was kind, considerate and so helpful. Unfortunately we have dealt with a couple other mortuaries in the last few years, Emerson White is in a league of it’s own. Mr. White even made it a point to meet my sister personally and express his condolences. This was so refreshing, to see staff here actually have emotions and treat you like an individual even though they do this every day. Thank you Emerson White family........
