I had bought some arrangement online for valentines day unfortunately the place was closed do to a fire understandable but what pisses me off the most is that I wasn't notified they didn't send an email or something to let me know. They could have cancel my order I would I been okay with thst but they didn't. So I went to the Closest edible arrangement to see if they could help me out but the most they can do is give me customer service number and corporates so I gave all 3 of there numbers a call but no one answered when I called corporates numbers I was able to leave a message with my name and number it's been 5 days and no call back from them now I'm here at the bank to fight for my money back. Edibles arrangement can kiss my as s!!!

As always exceptional and fresh arrangement. Why give them 2 star? Delivery service extremely slow. I received the email that my arrangement was on its way approximately at 1130 but did not receive it until 355 PM. That is ridiculous. Would I use their services in the future? Yes. But not the delivery.

I ordered a some goodies for my grandmother's 97th Birthday.... Needless to say a delivery was never made. I live out of state unfortunately. I call and can't get no answer. I feel I was taken and frauded out of my money. Very disappointed. I will never buy from this company again from this location.

I placed the order online for same day delivery. It arrived on time and the fruit was fresh. It was a get well gift for one of my coworkers. She was really happy to have received the order. The only thing the picture on the website showed more fruit covered in chocolate, but the received product only had a little bit of fruit with chocolate. Other than that I was satisfied that the product was delivered on time.
