Most rude persons. I asked if they had gifts for men and she said do you want to come in or order by the phone. First of all wouldn’t you answer my questions first then ask for my money? I can’t walk in I live in riverside and want to send to my friend a gift that lives in Whittier. I have a broken ankle and can’t walk either.nI wouldn’t let them take my money for a petal!! I should of read the reviews first.
They delivered flowers to my mom but did not provide the name of person who sent them. Would not recomnend this florist.

I chose Ginza Florist & Gift Shop due to it's location, which is near Rose Hills Memorial Park. The person who took my order by phone was very professional. She was courteous, she listened to my needs and also gave me suggestions. I especially liked that I received emails confirming my order and delivery. I saw the floral arrangement they provided, at the funeral service. It was exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend them.
