Trader Joe's

Everything that I needed is here. I'm impressed because this grocery shop has the best and fresh produce products that I needed. They have everything, and I'm grateful because their staffs are super helpful and friendly. I could not ask for more from these guys because I had a great time with them. Keep up the good work!

This store is near several of my doctors, and is a couple of blocks from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I usually shop here after doctor appointments or scans and tests because of the convenience. The store is well-stocked, employees are always helpful, and there is an excellent selection of produce. The produce department here is a little bigger than the Trader Joe's closest to me. I always find what I need here.

So I had to get some self care products and I was in the area of this location. Why not stop by I thought to my self. First of all the parking is really confusing, it is a parking structure but needs some work on the signs for directions towards your destination. This location is in the heart of downtown Los Angeles so I would expect the store to be busy which it was! I was there to purchase one thing which was some clippers. These clippers were locked up so I guess no one would shop lift them, I had to ask for assistance. The first young lady who helped me was very nice and sweet, but she did not have the key she called for the key holder and wow some one was not having a good day.nnMartha was her name I believe, the worst customer service I have seen in while. First off she was very rude to began with. I asked how her day was and she totally ignored the question and just rudely asked want I wanted. I told her the one I wanted to purchase and she began to reach for another one. I'm not sure if she had a problem hearing or she just was not listening to anything.nWhen she got the one I was going to purchase she wouldn't even let me look at it to make sure it was the correct one. When I got it from her and made sure it was the correct one she began to say she would have to take it to the front so I can purchase the item. When I was giving it back to her she snatched it out of my hand and took it too the front. It was shocking how bad her customer service was.nnThe guy at the cash register was nice. I think Martha was having a bad day or needs a vacation.nI bought the item and left.nnThey did validate parking but when I put my ticket in I still had to pay a dollar.

Trader Joe is incomparable... during the Pan Damnit, it's been a real pain in the mASSk, they make everything available...
