I like the fact that they have fast same day flowers delivery to Beverly hills. I ordered the long stem pink roses in a vase the quality was good and delivery was fast. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.
the worst experience i have ever encountered from any company, ever. so bad that this is actually the first google review i have ever left. i ordered flowers for mothers day. they said that they would deliver by 5. i had to call and chase them down around 8. when they finally got there the woman was extremely rude and thry sent the wrong flowers. not only did they send the wrong flowers they sent a dying batch of inferior flowers. i paid 149 dollars and it looked like it was wasnt worth 10. the note i had requested was wrong, and looks like it was written by a 3 year old. when i called them they gave me some bogus that the flowers i ordered for SAME day didnt arrive because of covid. if that were the case they should have called and let me know, especially since it was for mothers day. she just said she was tired and to call tomorrow said bye and hung up the phone. Do not waste your money with this scam of a company.
Scam. They delivered the flowers a day before the Valentine's delivery date, the flowers were already dying when we received them, they charged me $100 instead of the $75 they quoted me and the girl on the phone hung up on me when I called to complain. I drove to their location and it's an apartment building. This place is a complete scam and I'm stopping payment with my bank.
Best florist I have ever been to. Susan is an artist and puts care into everything she creates.
