All of their flowers and plants are in perfect condition. The arrangements are just simple, exquisite, and lovely. The customer service is by far the BEST. You will feel that you walked away with something special. I really enjoy stopping in and taking a look even if its just to view all the pretty arrangements. By far, a unique flower shop in LA.

The inviting curb appeal at Nicholai Bergmann caught my eye and I found the most exquisite plants and flowers along with the warmest welcome from both Jonathan and Sato. Their friendly nature and expertise was just what I needed to help me decide on a gift for my husband. I then decided to have them remodel my interior courtyard and style my front doors. I gave them very little guidance but I trusted they could do the job well. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by completely transforming my patio and updating my front doors all while staying within my modest budget. I now have a magical patio that we will enjoy for years to come. I could never have handled this project alone. I am truly grateful for all their hard work and I highly recommend their services as they are talented and very enjoyable to work with.

Fantastic service and product. I ordered from here for Mother's Day; while USPS botched the shipping and it didn't arrive until a week late, the employee at the store was highly apologetic and gave me a full refund, even checking back periodically to see if the order had been delivered. When it did arrive, it looked great and my mom loved it.

I and my daughter attended a class wherenNicolai taught us to make a beautiful Christmas arrangement. It was such a fun and satisfying event and we were both so proud displaying a very professional looking centerpiece. We have since purchased several arrangements that will Last up to three years. Such a great place!

I was in dire need for flowers,(visiting the in-laws for the first time) a famous local shop was not accepting order, I called this location the lady told me to come by, and I would be pleased.nnPleased I was, they are totally abstract, I love it, something I have not seen at tother flower stores. They treated me like a king, gave them a budget and they knocked it out, making me look great in front of the in-laws. Toffee roses!!! Packaging, impressed.nnCustomer Service the best. The lady who choose the flowers to the lady who prepared them for me to the gentleman who had a great convo with me while I waited.nnLast but not least the, hand sanitizer smelled great.nnThank You!
