The best flower shop in town! I always buy their flowers here because they have lots of varieties and fresh flowers every day. I like the smell that greeted you when you come inside.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to take photos of the shop. They had many different roses in colorful display. So beautiful! The roses are preserved so they do not wilt. If you want a bouquet of roses or rose flower arrangement that lasts, this is the place to go.
Don’t be deceived by the good reviews. I know the owners and recognise most of the people who have given 5 stars as the owners family and friends. Their Beverly Hills store is no longer even there, it has closed down yet they still claim they are at this address according to google and their website. Be careful ordering anything from them as you may never receive it. I would not recommend to company to a soul.
Very difficult people to work with. Not willing to recognize mistakes and work with their client base. I should have listen to other people that order from them before. Haven't been able to get my order straight.
I see many reviews here regarding the unbeatable quality of their roses. Well, I must add the unbeatable service! Leslie, bailed me out last minute when I was in a crunch and I am so grateful. I live in NY and got home from work late, 8:30 my time, 5:30 LA time. I remembered that I needed to send flowers tonight, to a dear friend, for her Birthday. I googled flower shops in BH and everything was closed, except Only Roses! I asked Leslie, 30 min. before closing if she could whip up a bouquet for me and have it delivered to a nearby restaurant. She said yes, and made it happen. A scheduled a delivery right while I was on the phone. That’s impressive! And best of all I get to surprise my dear friend and make her evening even more special. Thank you Leslie!!
