Wonderful customer service. Joanna helped us navigate the smallest details during a difficult time. With her help, we were able to customize the flowers for the services of a close family friend.
The arrangement's we ordered and received were just beautiful for my Mom's Memorial Services, it was just what we wanted for her Urn. When we arrived they were all set up and looked so beautiful. Horrible service!!!! We ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral and they arrived late (in the middle of the service). We couldn't even use them at this point. My aunt also ordered flowers, and they didn't arrive at all. The owner didn't seem to care, and the delivery person was rude! We were already emotional at the funeral, and the horrible service from this florist made the event very stressful. Go somewhere else for your flowers!
