I ordered a plant for my colleague and friend who's mother had just passed. I received an email and text informing me that they had to change my order because of unavailability of some plants. I called them and the florist was so nice and helpful, the change was an upgrade of the container and some plants and she added an Orchid. The end result was beautiful, I appreciate how they took the time to give this special gift their personal touch and how fast it was delivered.nnThank you Glendora Florist
I had such a pleasant experience placing an order over the phone. The customer service by Carlos was exceptional and same day delivery was guaranteed despite my call late in the day. I appreciated the flower recommendations to create a thoughtful and beautiful arrangement that was appropriate for the occasion. I will definitely purchase from this florist again.
Worst customer Service ever. My friend tried to send me flowers after the passing of my mother. They did not arrive on the date we were told. When called they said they would arrive the following day. They still didn’t arrive. After three attempts and several phone calls were told a substitute would be coming for our problems and the flowers ordered would come later. No substitute. When the flowers finally did arrive, more than a week late, they looked like they were a plant bought at Home Depot shoved in a pot at the cost of $135. Will never use them again and hope no one in Glendora ever uses them. They were very rude and condescending to my friend.
