My siblings and I had to put our mom to rest this past August 2019, my brother and I had to do decide most of everything, anyways all souls made it very easy for us in our time of need. They were very patient, friendly, communicative, caring, and very supportive. If I could give it a 10 I would. Thank you for all you did for us.
My only brother's services were last week and I can't thank the staff enough for their guidance and support towards my family. Going through this experience is enough to make you crazy that they made it so nice and accommodating. I have had many of my family members buried here and I am confident that my husband and I will also start to make arrangements so that we can also be buried at All Souls. Special thanks to Susan D., Filomena, Debra and Judy and Sister Miriam for making it a seamless experience. We will forever be grateful to all of you.
My overall experience with all souls mortuary and cemetery was not appropriate. There associates are not professional and all they are interested in is the money. They do not check out who the person is that is making arrangements and that person signed documents (death certificate ) fraudulently. My father is buried there and since the associates did not clarify with me on requests at that time, I would like to relocate him.nI suggest to anyone who is thinking of having a loved one buried there to do there research first.nThank you.
Friendly environment. There is a flower shop inside and mostly every one is bilangual with english and spanish.
