Loved it! Beautiful bouquet. Will order here again!
I ordered a last minute Simply wrapped bouquet in the morning of my mom's birthday, and it was ready same day! Very easy to communicate pickup time, but most importantly the flower bouquet was GORGEOUS! It was bigger and beautiful way beyond my expectations - my mom loved them too, thank you!
Was not super thrilled. had originally ordered a certain bouquet for mothers day and that same day they called and said they ran out of a certain flower and asked if they could change the bouquet to something else and that they were gonna make it big. I said okay because I obviously wanted to gift my mom these flowers today and not Monday (they did mention I could wait but I couldn't) . I spent 165 tax included for the first bouquet and the one they sent me didn't look like it was worth 165. checked the website and it was legit worth 115. They did offer free delivery which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. But when the flowers were delivered some of them were already dead.
I have been getting flowers from Cerritos Hills Florist / Charlene ever since I was in high school in 2010. Charlene goes above and beyond in ensuring the quality and arrangement of the flowers . The reason why I keep going back to Charlene’s flower shop is because she gives a lot of though into the flowers she is making for you. She is super responsive to your order and accommodates to any request you have. For this Mother’s Day, I wanted to surprise my mom with a beautiful set of flowers , and Charlene’s flowers just did the trick. My mom was super thrilled to be surprised with such a beautiful arrangement. My mom loved the flowers , and we got excellent service! They even did free delivery all over OC and LA on Mother’s Day! Please continue to buy flowers for your loved ones and support local businesses like Charlene’s flower shop!
Ordered my Mother's Day flowers from Cerritos Hills Florist! Placed my order with them just a few days before and had it delivered to my doorsteps on mothers day morning.
