Pioneer Flowers

I ordered the Blue Horizon bouquet for my best friend who recently lost her brother and the bouquet was absolutely stunning! They delivered it on time and even sent me a text telling me that they got delivered. Seeing as how I ordered them all the way from Texas it was comforting to know everything went smoothly! Thank you, Pioneer Flowers for the gorgeous flowers and wonderful customer service! I highly, highly recommend this florist!

Refused service when I walked in to buy flowers for cemetary. Woman at desk told me..

First of all, I want to thank Jane. She has never disappointed me for all the orders including this valentine' day. She is my savior. My mom has kept telling me how she was so happy with the bouquet delivered on valentine'day. I always order flowers from jane for years on valentine's day, mother's day and many other events. No need to mention how the flower arrangements beautiful, she also takes good care of delivery service. I always get text messages after they are delievered mostly on time. Upon orders, she kindly explains very detail what to do keeping the flowers fresh for longer time.nnJane..please makes my mom happy on coming mother's day. She is already anticipating her next flower delivery from you.

I do not like to give out bad reviews but this was a very upsetting experience. I will take some blame since I placed an order 30 minutes before same day cut off and it was Valentine’s Day so I didn’t give this place a 1 star. Anyways I received an order receipt stating order was placed around 1130 am 2/14/19. So I assume the order would reach my gf around 4 or 5 pm which is an understandable time so I call my gf to confirm she received the flowers but to my surprise no flowers were delivered. Called the florist to find out what happened. A lady answers and I asked about my order and she was unable to confirm anything so she passed the phone to someone else, since I believe there was some sort of language barrier, which was an individual name Rob Kim. He informed me that the last truck was going out and to contact me in 5 minutes so I went along with their request. I let 10 minutes pass and I call back and same lady answers and I ask if there was any updates for my order in which she response the order has confirmed delivery. “Great, thank you!” Contact my gf no flowers. So I call back Rob answers and says to call back at 7pm so they can confirm the delivery persons clipboard information. By now I figure it’s a lost cause but I give them benifits of the doubt. Waited until 7 pm and I call them back. Rob answers and tells me after any orders are made online someone contacts me after any order is placed this way which never happened. Then he goes on to tell me the order was printed but was “smashed” between another order? So he goes to tell me “ it’s ok tho the purchase never went through “. He continues to tell me that he does not want to lose my business and wants to send a card with a charge of course. Sucks how this turned out since this place is so close to where my gf leaves I would have continued business here. First and last time making any orders here.

There was a misunderstanding and they totally made it better. I highly recommend these nice people.
