I repeat don’t take any of your love ones here. That Nicole is nice in the beginning. My father service was 7/20/20 he got cremated on the 7/28/20. Ashes get returned the next day. I just received the ashes 10/5/20. Yes corona slowed mail down not this slow. Nicole excuse was people don’t have nothing to do but sit at home collect EDD and be worried about these ashes. So I open the package the ashes is all over the bottom of the box. Yes I called the crematory I was told that the plastic container should have a zip tie on there. I told him that it looks like someone wrapped a gift. Scotch tape is all the top of the container. So how do I even know if it’s my dad or not? Very unprofessional and cold hearted.
I must start by saying South Los Angeles Mortuary has been such a blessing in such a mournful time for my family. They helped take away so many unnecessary stress a family has to deal with when losing a loved one. The casket was beautiful, the floral decor was heaven sent and my sister most of all was so beautiful, the makeup artist did such an amazing job. All of the staff was so nice, professional and comforting . Thank you south Los Angeles Mortuary I am forever grateful. I would recommend this place if business to everyone.
The funeral services were excellent they were very accommodating with there service. The limousine service was superior an professional. Our family thank you again for everything, it was definitely a 5 star review.nPaula & Family
