AUGUST 2020 If I can rate this mortuary with 0 stars I will! They had no compassion for me and my family what so ever when we were trying to burry our loved one. Reola had a nasty attitude from day 1. She blocked my family from calling her mortuary & she assisted in illegal activities. Tried to exclude me , my siblings, & grandparents from seeing our parent from her mortuary. I can go on all day never in my life would I have thought a mortuary to be insensitive And disrespectful in this time. Being that we knew we couldn’t be the only ones this happened to we did research to not only find out that ms Reola has had her license revoked in the past.( this is public information exquisite mortuary vs. mj google it yourself ) They are all around just bad business and I would not recommend the headache while trying to burry a loved one. Avoid the sketchiness
Exquisite mortuary has been a blessing to my family my sister Kisha introduce me to them from the first time I walked into the their door they made me feel like family they help me with my moms funeral they help us with my sister Kisha’s funeral and also my cousin Steffie’s funeral as well I told my little sister about Exquisite for her husband passing and they worked wonders on him and their prices are very reasonable so I would like to say a Big Than You to Exquisite for all the hard work that they do!!!!!
I would like to thank exquisite Mortuary for an excellent job in their work they are very honest reliable respectable and stand for what is right they do not mislead or lie about anything that they do they're straightforward with everything on top pricing is great thank you for taking care of a fourth family member I would definitely recommend exquisite family
Wonderful customer service treated my family with kindness
This is a first class service. They treated me and my family with great care. Personal detail and care and gave us a nice classy farewell to my Aunt .Quality staff, late model cars Reasonable cost.nI highly recommended them to the community when you are in need.
