I order 24 hurricane glass shades. The package was well protected but I had one to break. I reached out to WHV International and they quickly responded. I should be getting the replacement shade in the near future.nP. Dozier
The vases we ordered are perfect. When they arrived a couple of them were broken, but WGV replied promptly and remedied the situation.
