They used cheaper flowers, the pictures you see online never will be the same they delivered to you especially is the person who send lives far away from California. My daughter used this florist and sent me for my birthday on the past 5th of November 2020. From North Caroline When and took the picture to her she was angry because any rose appear on the base just a little baby and small carnations. She told those flowers isn't that she ordered and saw on their online. Be Aware.!!
This place is a joke. We got a delivery that was meant for someone else. We called to let the florist know. We never heard back. Later in the week, I called back to make sure the cards weren't switched so that I could thank the person who sent the flowers. I couldn't get the person to understand or care. I ended up calling the person whose number was on the card to let them know. Although I believe this company deserves one star for this experience, the flowers were beautiful though.
This place is amazing!!!! It's my favorite flower shop. The quality of flowers and level of arrangement is top notch! I've searched far and they are simply the best!
