Went on a Saturday to get flowers for my grandma's birthday. There was a sign on the door that indicated that they were at lunch, and would be back at 1:30 or so - cool, I can wait!nnIt got to be almost 2PM and I had to leave and go somewhere else, as I didn't have time to stand around and wait. Incredibly unprofessional.
