Honestly, If I should have done my research before coming here. The rental cask we got for my friend it smelled bad, damage, and it had stains on the inside of the casket it. looked to be dry blood. It broke my heart seeing my friend inside that dirty casket. We should have raised more money. Please ask to see the inside of the rental casket before signing or look for.a better place.
This place has been a nightmare. Every time I called to ask about the status of my mother and sister’s ashes I got conflicting information. Eduardo Guzman lied about submitting their death certificates to the government. Every time I ask to speak to someone who knows what’s going on, I get told they’re at lunch. Even at 4:30 pm. Don’t trust your loved one’s to this place.
No one ever answers the phone and it smells so bad. The employees are so money hungry. Just go to a different place save yourself from a headache. This place is no five starts.
I want to take a minute to thank pastor Rick and Joshua for helping us in this really hard situation. Both of them were very attentive. They made everything go smooth with my mom's funeral. Would defenetly recommend you guys.
