We had our brother funeral service at the east Olympic funeral home. The three ladies from the office were very helpful. I honestly felt like they really care and my brother looked like if he was sleeping. I am really thankful for everything they have done and been there when we need a shoulder to cry on. Thank you Erika, Maricarmen, and Alicia you guys will always have a special place in our family hearts for the support you guys gave us.
This place did an incredible job..My Grandmother's services was great..Thank you guys very much..Highly recommended
We had our service last Friday and the funeral home dropped the ball making us delay the funeral and costing us airfare fees since we are out of town. We did everything they asked for but then they blamed us for the delay. Poor customer service from the office. The Priest and the hearse drivers were awesome.
We had my brother in laws viewing service here and they made us feel welcome. They accommodated everything to our need and my families need. This was my second time having a family here and it was the same kind of service! These people are true and they feel our pain it might just be their work but they made us feel at ease. Thank you for helping us out during these hard times.
In the time of our need, Ericka Hernandez and her team were just incredible. Ericka is very knowledgeable. Her response time to our question both verbally and technically were superb.
