I usually order 1800 flowers but in this opportunity they can’t deliver on time the red roses for my mother try.nSo I call this place and talk to a woman in Spanish explain to her that I need 2 dozens red roses deliver in a box on Dec 29. So she said that wasn’t a problem so I ask the price and she answer $55.00 and I agree because was my mother birthday.nEven 1800 flower charge for 2 dozens $54.99 + tax and free shipping because they can’t deliver on the 29 I accept the deal with Floreria México 2, I thought was good price.nThe woman promise to send me a picture of the arrangement by text or call me if have any problems on the deliver.nI never received a picture of the 2 dozens red roses, nobody call me to know if the deliver was on time.nLater I receive a picture of my mom with the flowers and I just saw 10 red roses.nSo I call the store and this gentleman who said is in charge said “I dropped the flower at the door because nobody answer” I ask how many roses you deliver ? he answer “I don’t remember how many roses I deliver because I deliver so many flowers but I deliver the house was on the corner” so he don’t save records, also he said every rose is $5.00 dollars so he tell me to make numbers to check how many roses he deliver.nAlso he said that this is US and he need to pay taxes.nInstead give me a excuses about the lady who take the order he didn’t care about it.nLet me tell you something Mr in charge that was a mistake of the lady who take the order, those red roses was for my mother 90 years old with demencia and if your salesman ask me for $120.00 dollars for the arrangement I will pay because is my mother and your store was my only option. So a person in your store make a big mistake and I only deserve your apologies instead your rude attitude on the phone. So next time Mr put on the phone somebody who can take a order right and save your records because your customers need answers for what they pay. You and your business don’t deserve my respect Mr I try to make my mother happy and you make me look like a fool broke son.

This is an amazing flower shop with the freshest flowers I come here often to buy flowers for my daughter. I recommend this place to anyone who wants the best flowers in town
